Yes, your products are in our French store and ready for immediate packing. When you place an order you'll be given the option to select your country and the packing and shipping charges are automatically calculated and clearly displayed. We use couriers who offer the most competitive prices and we take extreme care to pack bonsai, sculptures and granite objects in secure wooden crates. For advice on how to post heavy and delicate items or living plants needing customs certificates please call +33 (0)4 74 55 23 48 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to give you a shipping or freight service quote. - Standard delivery: You will receive your packets within 72 hours thanks to the ColiPoste service.
- Delivery by road haulier: is used to transport bulky goods.
- Direct from the nursery: Make an appointment to pick up your packet from our nursery in Relevant, in the Rhône-Alpes region of southeast France.

Bonsai are robust trees that can perfectly endure long journeys. Every year we receive bonsai arriving from Japan that have been in shipping holds for several weeks.
Our experience of sending bonsai dates back to 1989 and since that time we've successfully delivered trees to many countries.
We've been sending bonsai and gardening accessories in France and to Europe for more than 20 years. Our plants are wrapped to avoid dehydration and resist cold and heat and are fixed solidly in their packaging. They are generally delivered in a perfect state to all destinations. Plants in bloom require special packing techniques that we've mastered to permit their expedition.
IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT, TELL THE COURIER WHEN THEY ARRIVE OR WITHIN 48 HOURS AFTER RECEIVING THE PARCEL. AFTER THIS DEADLINE THE COURIER COMPANY IS NOT OBLIGED TO FOLLOW UP YOUR COMPLAINT.
