Description

Leaves: greenish pink to yellow in spring, light green in summer and then yellow in autumn. The wood turns apricot yellow or orange throughout the winter on branches 1 to 4 or 5 years old. New variety in 2004, exclusive to the Maillot Nurseries. Often used in association with sango kaki, beni kawa, or aoyagi ukon for the contrasting colours. Variety introduced into Europe by the Maillot Nurseries.
