Description

Height of the tree without its pot : 670 mm. Width of the branches : about 500 mm. Quality oval enamelled and firmed pottery of : 340 x 105 mm. Sokan style. Formed silhouette, no strong wire injuries. A wound at the back of the top was recently cut in order to refine the conical aspect of the trunk. Good distribution of the alternate branches. Foliage : Green canopy with contracted leaves during spring, fire orange-toned red in autumn. Requires a sun-exposure in order to obtain a good-looking coloring of the foliage in autumn. Good-looking subject recently formed by master Tomoya Nishikawa in september 2017 in order to refine its ramifications. This tree presents a good-looking roots’ base. Trunk’s diameter : about 80/80 m. Nebari : about 170/180 mm. Awesome grained bark with a snake’s skin aspect. Comes from Takahashi’s nurseries in Fukaya. Photographed in june 2018.
