Japanese bamboo water ladle

Diameter of the ladle: 6 cm. Length of the wooden handle: 33 cm. Total length: 39 cm.

Made in Japan, this bamboo dipper is traditionally used during tea ceremonies and for washing your hands before entering the temple. In your garden, place it on a granite water basin or tsukubai for decoration. The name in Japanese is 'hishaku'.
